It is the respect to tradition, specific composition of soil and particular climatic conditions in the south of Moravia, that allow the small family vinery to create the most special sparkling wine, which is made using the classic Méthode Champenoise- secondary fermentation in the bottle.
We are the second generation of producers of the sparkling wine made from mostly ecologically grown hand-picked grapes. All our bottles are left in cellars for years to mature and develop their exceptional flavours.
